Used goods are warrantied for 30 days, unless sold as seen or a trade sale.
Warranty is for major mechanical parts and components only such as engine or transmission. Warranty does not cover operator error or negligence. Warranty does not cover general wear and tear, minor components or vandalism.
Machinery should only be operated by a competent person. All manufacturers instructions should be followed. Please seek advice before operating machinery if you do not understand how to safely or correctly operate the machine.
The purchaser agrees any item being traded in, is solely and legally owned by them, and that status is not subject to change. You agree that any traded items are in the same condition as when the initial valuation was accepted. If the purchaser is in breach of any of the terms and conditions relating to trade in items, payment for the goods will be deemed as not paid in full.
Risk passes to the purchaser on delivery or collection.
Title transfers to the purchaser once full payment has been received.
