All content displayed on our website is for general use only, and is subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information or materials on our website. You acknowledge our website may contain inaccurate information or errors. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Delivery of goods will not be arranged until payment has been received in full. Any non-compliance of payment before delivery will terminate the contract between Norfolk Plant and Machinery Ltd and the purchaser.

Used goods are warrantied for 30 days, unless sold as seen or a trade sale.

Warranty is for major mechanical parts and components only such as engine or transmission. Warranty does not cover operator error or negligence. Warranty does not cover general wear and tear, minor components or vandalism.

Machinery should only be operated by a competent person. All manufacturers instructions should be followed. Please seek advice before operating machinery if you do not understand how to safely or correctly operate the machine. 

The purchaser agrees any item being traded in, is solely and legally owned by them, and that status is not subject to change. You agree that any traded items are in the same condition as when the initial valuation was accepted. If the purchaser is in breach of any of the terms and conditions relating to trade in items, payment for the goods will be deemed as not paid in full.

Risk passes to the purchaser on delivery or collection.

Title transfers to the purchaser once full payment has been received.
